How often have you set goals that you don’t actually end up achieving?? It may go something like this: initially, you get a lot of energy from working on your goals. After a while, you find that that initial motivation wears off and you don’t really feel like it anymore. You put your goals aside and continue aimlessly with your life. You are disappointed because you realize that it is important to have goals in order to make progress in life.
Start by setting goals with the intention: “This time I WILL reach my goals!”
